Pediatric Tuina therapy
Born in a 3-generation TCM family, I work in the hospital clinic for 5 years till now.
My mother Juan YU is a national-famous doctor, professor and the only Doctoral tutor for pediatric tuina in China.
We mainly focus on how to cure myopia and other visual impairments for teenagers and children.
Till now, we have cured 500 eyes.
What is Tuina?
Based on TCM theories, Tuina uses various manipulations on points and meridians to prevent and cure diseases.Tuina has a very long history in China since 1600 BC.
Pediatric Tuina is a non-painful, non-invasive and effective external therapy of TCM that can replace drugs and infusions. Similar to acupuncture, Tuina uses fingers instead of needles.
Tuina cures more than 100 diseases from myopia, amblyopia, diarrhea, cerebral palsy, simple obesity etc.
Literally:
Tui means to push forward - “dynamic”
Na means to take and hold - “quiet”
Tuina is a combination of Yin and Yang.
What we've done so far?
Our clinic belongs to one of the best public hospitals in China: Shandong TCM hospital.
We deliver service that is affordable and accessible for children. Based on experience and research, we developed "four bright points" to cure visual impairment. So far, we received very good results.
Case 1
Zhou was diagnosed with Autoimmune encephalitis. (by Peking University 1st hospital）
Before he came, he cannot see, nor concentrate on anything.
After 1 month(3-5 treatments per week), he can see and his sight became normal. Most functions of brain cells were recovered. Half year later, Zhou was enrolled into school as a healthy and happy kid.

Case 2
Li has very high degree(1000) of myopia due to ipad, smart phone overuse.
Before, her sight was 0.1(left), 0.1(right).
After 2 months(25 treatments), her sight became 1.0(left), 1.0(right.)
Case 3
Zhu: 6-month-old girl
Zhu was born with strabismus.
Her eyes did not align with each other when looking at something.
After 2 months' treatment, she recovered and smiled like an angel.

Sight raised 1-2 levels: 30
Sight raised 3 levels but less than 1.0: 75
Sight raised more than 1.0: 395
* level: as shown in the right graph, a level is one line. 1-2 levels means 0.1-0.2 more.
Among the 1.0+ group, 275 eyes reached 2.0(best), 140 eyes reached 1.5 and 70 eyes reached 1.2.

Why it works?
With previous experience in anatomy, we initiated "Four Bright Points" method（四明穴）: stimulating 4 points that are proved to be effective for eyesight.
